Important Policies for Online Appointments:

1. Once you book an appointment you are 100% responsible for keeping it.
    
2. Payment is expected on the day of service. Cash or check is preferred. Visa & MC accepted.
   
3. No shows (failure to keep your appointment) will be charged for the appointment time or will forfeit their gift certificate  (exceptions are emergencies, bad weather or illness).
   
4. To cancel your appointment -- please call Mary at 970-204-1794 at least 24 hours in advance so that time slot can be available for someone else. 
5. Your appointment will be confirmed 24 hours in advance via text message or email from SnapAppointments^©.
    
6. New Clients - please review the information on this website for the specific service you have selected. Call me at 970-204-1794 if you have any questions.
