Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours
notice for cancellations or appointment changes. This allows me to contact other
clients who are on my waiting list for a session. Please understand that if you
miss your appointment and do not call I will usually ask you to pay for the
session - especially if it was a Saturday or evening appointment since my
clients wait weeks for those slots and with advance notice I could have filled
that time slot.
Late Arrivals
Thank you in advance for being prompt. We are all very busy and I am mindful of
everyone’s time and commitments. I want you and everyone else to have time for
total relaxation in your session. If you are running more than 5 minutes late I
appreciate a call letting me know you are on the way.
Payment
 
Unless other arrangements are made in
advance please expect to provide payment at the time of service. I accept cash,
personal check, VISA and MasterCard.

Professionalism
My therapeutic massage services are based
on the highest professional and ethical standards of my profession. Draping
is always required. These therapies are strictly professional, non-sexual
therapies for health & wellness for the sole purpose of deep relaxation, pain
relief and stress-management. In the event of unreasonable or sexual requests,
the session will be terminated immediately.
